The office has a very positive vibe. Sabrina, the patient care coordinator, and the other office staff were very friendly and efficient. My exam was thorough and informative. Dr. Lothes, the audiologists who performed my exam, was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and understanding. Truly 5 star service!
